Maintaining a regular yoga practice and integrating the tools you learn in yoga into your fast paced everyday lives is the key to receiving the benefits of this wonderful practice. No matter what your energy level is or how much time you have, a regular practice will make you stronger, increase flexibility, improve balance, bring renewed clarity to the mind, and lift your spirits. Remember improvement happens fast. So keep with it!
