New to yoga and not sure where to start? Allow us to introduce you to the basics of yoga. Already have some experience? Yogabody basics is a great way to reinforce yoga skills that will help you continue to build your practice.

We are currently forming a yogabody basics level class for beginners on Monday mornings at 11:15 am.
